Lewis Infrastructure & Projects (LIP), formerly known as Nevil Lewis Contractors (NLC), was founded in 1975 by the late Mr. Nevil Lewis. What began as a small firm focused on interior decoration and civil works for residential homes has evolved into a powerhouse in the construction and infrastructure sector.

NLC functioned as a firm in the field of Interior decoration and civil work for houses, As the demand from satisfied customers to undertake Industrial and commercial projects grew, we entered the field of civil structural, interior and Landscaping in the year 1986.

Our Journey
Over the decades, LIP expanded its portfolio to include residential layouts, villas, commercial buildings, and industrial complexes. Notable early projects include interior design for houses and civil works for medium-sized enterprises in Bangalore. As demand grew, LIP shifted its focus to include large-scale commercial projects, luxury residential apartments, and comprehensive landscaping solutions.
Today, Lewis Infrastructure & Projects stands as a leader in the industry, known for delivering over 12 lakh sq. ft. of built space for clients such as ITC, SRM Trust, and Frank Antony Real Estate. Our commitment to sustainable practices, modern design, and timely execution positions us as a trusted partner for clients across diverse sectors. With ongoing projects like Glorious Apartments and Lewis Tech Park, we continue to shape the future of infrastructure and construction.

Completed the Mount Zion Retreat Centre, a self-sustainable 100-acre campus

Delivered Lewis Tech Park, a 55,000 sq. ft. managed office space in Bangalore
